JAE MX80 Series Compact Waterproof Automotive In-Line Connectors
The JAE MX80 Series of compact waterproof automotive in-line connectors are designed for vehicle applications requiring waterproof sealing, high temperature tolerance, and substantial vibration resistance all contained within a small form factor. The MX80 Series follows USCAR-2 standards in an effort to meet US automotive industry needs.
MX80 Series automotive connectors are engineered with a terminal position assurance (TPA) feature that ensures connector pin and socket housings are assembled with little to no failure. They are IPX7 rated to withstand the effects of water immersion to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes and can tolerate temperatures between -40°C and 125°C for rugged or near-engine applications.
