Heilind Now Stocking SOURIAU’s JMX Plastic Push-Pull Connector Series

The JMX Series of plastic push-pull connectors is designed for medical applications but lends itself equally well to instrumentation, robotic and lighting applications.

WILMINGTON, Mass. (PRWEB) November 17, 2017 — Heilind Electronics, a leading global distributor of electronic components and authorized distributor for Esterline Connection Technologies – SOURIAU, has expanded its selection of interconnect solutions with the company’s JMX push-pull connector series. The waterproof and extreme high temperature resistance characteristics of the JMX Series make it ideal for medical, instrumentation and measurement applications. However, the plastic push-pull connectors can also be used in a diversity of other industrial applications requiring a lightweight, yet durable harsh environment interconnect solution.

Capable of over 2,000 mating cycles, this series is also able to withstand steam autoclave sterilization per IEC 60601-1 (up to 200 cycles). In addition, it will protect your equipment from fluid ingress due to its IP68 attributes in mated and unmated conditions.

The JMX Series comes in nine layouts and four different diameters (0.5, 0.7, 0.9 and 1.3 mm) to withstand currents and voltages of up to 10 A/1200 V. The contacts are available in solder or crimp version and SOURIAU’s overmolded harnesses provide customers with permanent one-piece assemblies. The series will be supplemented by a number of additions (PCB versions, additional layouts) that will be rolled out in 2017 and 2018.
