SCSI & VHDCI Connectors
SCSI (Small Computer System Interface) is a set of standards for connecting and transferring data between computers and peripheral devices. It employs a parallel interface, supporting high-speed data transfer rates. The SCSI connector typically uses a 50-pin or 68-pin configuration. VHDCI (Very High-Density Cable Interconnect) is a compact variant of SCSI, featuring a 68-pin connector in a smaller form factor. VHDCI connectors provide a high-density solution for connecting devices such as storage arrays and scanners. Both connectors utilize a robust design for reliable data transmission and are commonly employed in enterprise environments requiring fast and efficient data communication between devices.
