Versatile Industrial Interconnect System
Souriau’s TRIM TRIO connector family offers a versatile selection of contacts which can be used in several connector shapes and designed for demanding applications in harsh industrial environments. This trio of contacts (machined, stamped & formed, high speed) can be used in a wide range of connectors with plastic or metal shells, with bayonet or push-pull coupling mechanisms, and with rectangular or circular connector shells.
All connectors in the TRIM TRIO series use the same contact design technology, an innovative feature that simplifies your supply chain, reduces the complexity of production and allows easy switching from one connector series to another.
Using the same contact technology and based on the same design with a 1/3 bayonet coupling, our UTS series (full plastic, waterproof IP68/IP69K connector), UTG series (heavy-duty metal and plastic connector) and UTO series (metal IP68/69K connector for intensive use) are interchangeable and intermeatable, providing the flexibility to switch from one series to another to address new customer needs without an important impact on equipment and production lines. Product upgrades are easier, faster, and without additional costs.
TRIM TRIO also includes the UTL series (UL / IEC power + control), a plastic push-pull connector designed to comply with all modern industrial safety standards as well as rectangular snap-lock SMS quick mating and cable connectors. This series is also UV resistant and IP68/69K rated.
Developed to be compliant with major electrical IEC and UL standards, the versatile TRIM TRIO® series guarantees safety conditions for the installers and users, making it the ideal connector for all industrial and harsh environment needs and applications including automation and control, stage/architectural lighting, energy, off road, mining, and railway to name just a few.

Plastic IP68/69K Waterproof Connector
The UTS series is a water
proof circular plastic connector with a 1/3 bayonet coupling to quickly connect and secure the connection system with an audible click that guarantees secure mating. Developed to be compliant with major electrical IEC and UL standards, the UTS guarantees safe conditions for the installers and operators.
This series is ideal for outdoor and indoor dynamic applications requiring continuous underwater immersion, routine pressure washing and dust protection.
Eaton’s UTS series offers a large choice of layouts with options to mix signal and power or copper and optic within the same connector.
UTS connectors use the Trim Trio contacts and are fully intermateable and interchangeable with the UTG and UTO series which provides the option to switch from one series to another without tools or panel cut-out modifications. Your product upgrade is easier, faster and without additional costs.

Plastic Circular Bayonet Connector
Upgraded for higher performance — the Souriau UTSX series is a full-plastic, waterproof circular connector designed for harsh environments. The series features reinforced bayonet pins and a broader range of layouts, sizes and mechanical keyings when compared to its predecessor, the UTS series.
UTSX series connectors are waterproof, lightweight, withstand 250 mating cycles and are manufactured from materials that have UV and corrosion resistant properties. They are IP68/69K rated even in dynamic conditions and available with multiple contact layouts for design flexibility, including hybrid power/signal and hybrid copper/fiber.

Metal IP68/69K Connector for Intensive Use
Eaton UTO industrial circular connectors are a range of multiway connectors available in 8 shell sizes and multiple insert arrangements all intermatable, interchangeable, and inremountable with the TRIM TRIO® UTG, UTP and UTS industrial connector families. With an IP68/69K sealing level and shielding capability, it’s ideal for use in harsh environmental conditions such as high vibration levels, water or shock. It provides long life expectancy and reduces the need of connector maintenance. The metal shells of the UTO are strong and rugged to resist every environmental and mechanical requirement for indoor and outdoor applications where EMI sheilding is required. Amongst several characteristics, UTO offers possibilities on shielding, sealing, and salt spray.
The UTO connector has 1/3 bayonet coupling which allows to quickly connect the system and to secure connection due to an audible click that guarantees the proper connection. A large choice of layouts provides you the option to mix within the same connector signal and power or copper and optics. UTO connectors are compliant with major electrical IEC and UL standards in order to guarantee safe conditions for the installers and users.

UL/IEC Power + Control Supply
The UTL series is a plastic connector suitable for outdoor industrial applications thanks to a high sealing performance (IP68/IP69K) and an extreme UV resistance with F1 material per UL746C. The UTL series guarantees extended outdoor life, making them ideal lighting connectors.
Designed and qualified according to the UL1977 and IEC61984 standards, the UTL connector series offers a 5VA flammability rating, hot wire, and current breaking capacity to meet all standards of industrial equipment. Due to our qualification by UL or IEC standards, the UTL series is highly suitable to be qualified IEC power connectors on your equipment, making it easier and faster to pass certifications yourself.
The moisture proof capability of the UTL is due to a unique technical concept that prevents condensation ingress into the equipment that causes damages your systems. Available as an option this feature will prevent moisture within your system over-time.
In addition, the UTL series has push and press to release coupling system which allows you to connect quickly, even in blind conditions and secured connection due to an audible click which guarantees the proper connection.
