Trident Series
ITT Cannon’s Trident series is an extremely versatile range of RoHS compliant cost-effective, reliable rectangular and circular connectors for multiple harsh environment industrial and transportation applications. From corrosion resistant plastic, to shielded metal housings, the Trident Series delivers flexibility, durability and performance in the harshest environments.
With mixed power and signal variants, sealing up to IP67, high voltage capability, UL 94 V-0 flammability performance and durability up to 500 mating cycles, Trident is a high performance and ruggedized connector series for the toughest conditions. These connectors feature interchangeable contacts between series, as well as mixed power and signal layouts.
Both the two-piece T2P contacts and the three-piece T3P contacts feature three retention latches and an optimized body shape which provides excellent contact alignment and ultra-secure mating. Interchangeable contacts deliver a lower total cost of ownership by reducing tooling requirements and by both reducing the complexity and increasing the speed of contact insertion and removal.
Trident Series configurations include Snap Together Rectangular or Slimline (TST), Flame Retardant (TFR), Ringlock (TR), Neptune (TN), Neptune Metal (TNM) and High Voltage (THV).
APD Series
Designed in accordance with ISO 15170, ITT Cannon’s APD Series is a versatile range of heavy duty, environmentally sealed, plastic connectors available in 1 to 51-way variants. Ideal for heavy and off-road vehicle applications, these connectors offer a cost-effective, fully plastic interconnect solution. It provides ease of use with the quick-mating bayonet coupling, offers IP67 or IP69 sealing, mechanical and color-coding to prevent mismating, individual wire seals, lock wire holes for added security, and a broad range of accessories.
Engineered for the toughest challenges, it provides a proven, cost-effective, and high-quality solution to meet all environmental requirements for heavy-duty trucks, agriculture, electrification/EV, construction equipment, or general industrial applications.

ITT Cannon CA / 5015 connectors are heavy-duty, harsh-environment interconnects for the toughest applications. A standard originally developed by Cannon for commercial aviation, today the MIL-DTL 5015 (SAE-AS50151) derived and qualified connectors are used in applications as diverse as military, transportation, industrial and heavy equipment.

IT Series
Cannon IT Series connector solutions incorporates thermoplastic housings, silicone rubber seals, snap-on end caps and an integral secondary contact locking system that delivers rugged performance and superior resistance to moisture and temperature extremes.
The series features an integral latching system that provides visual and audible feedback, stamped and machined size 16 contacts (13A max) that require no special tools for insertion and extraction and a minimum of 200 mating cycles. Featuring multiple keying options and available in a variety of layouts, it delivers effective and reliable connectivity when

Nemesis Series
ITT Interconnect Solutions has expanded its circular connector product offering to include a lightweight, small form-factor version that offers significant space savings for handheld and medical devices. Combining high speed, high mating and quick termination, the Nemesis II mini-circular interconnect provides a high-performance, ruggedized interconnect solution for extreme conditions and harsh environments.
Designated the Nemesis Series, the miniature circular connectors are 50% lighter, 60% smaller and 100% sealed when compared to the 38999 series interconnects. Providing full 360-degree EMI shielding, the Nemesis Series is fully sealed to IP67/IP68 specifications for harsh environments.
HDX Series
ITT Cannon’s HDxTM Series provides exceptional versatility in a lightweight, water resistant, small form factor (SFF) design. With standard and high density contact layouts for USB 3.2, high-speed Ethernet and HDMI data transmission, this ruggedized interconnect solution offers watertight sealing up to 20 meters submersion, 360° shielding, over 5,000 mating cycles and selective, anti-glare plating. Circular Connectors
Designed to be comparable with MIL-DTL-26482 specifications, Cannon’s KPSE miniature circular connectors feature a positive three point bayonet coupling, five-keyway polarization and high insert arrangement contact density. KPSE series high-performance crimp connectors also offer a “clip-in” contact and insulator design and is optimized for fast assembly and high-volume production environments. KPSE connectors are intermateable with most connectors and accessories manufactured to MIL-DTL-26482 and VG95328 standards. These ruggedized, highly engineered connectors are designed for durability and reliability in harsh environment applications like military vehicles and helicopters, industrial transports and commercial aerospace in-flight entertainment systems.
Cannon’s KPT miniature circular connector series are modeled after 26482-style connectors and feature positive three-point bayonet coupling, five-keyway polarization and high insert arrangement contact density. KPT series general-purpose connectors use solder-type contacts and are the go-to solution when small or prototype quantities are required. These ruggedized, mini-circular connectors are engineered for reliability and durability in harsh environment applications.
MS E, R, and F connectors are similar to the MS A & B series, but feature resilient insulators and wire sealing grommets for extreme environmental conditions and high altitude sealing. The contacts are bonded to the insulator, and the insulator to the shell, for superior environmental sealing. The MS-R series offers a shorter, lighter weight endbell without the cable clamp. Both MS-F and MS-R connectors feature o-rings to suppliment the interfacial seal. Shells are aluminum alloy and generally plated with OD Cadmium or RoHS-compliant black zinc nickel. The MS E, R, and F series are also available with crimp contacts using modification code F80 after the description.
Manufactured to MIL-C-5015 specifications, MS A & B series general duty circular connectors house plastic insulators and are designed to maintain machined solder cup contact orientation. Shell components are fabricated from high-grade aluminum alloy, providing a robust solution for unsealed applications. Contacts are machined for strength and durability and plated with silver to maintain signal integrity. Shells are plated with an environmental green or RoHS-compliant black zinc nickel plating.
The Veam CIR and FRCIR series are cost-effective, highly engineered industrial circular connectors ideal for exterior exposure and transportation applications. These broad series of connectors are available in 256 layouts, with a wide range of accessories.
Cannon’s CA Bayonet is a versatile and extremely reliable connector series. This solution features a proven “reverse bayonet” coupling design for exceptional resistance to vibration. Designed to VG95234 specifications, CA Bayonet connectors are ideal for a wide variety of applications and are available in a number of RoHS-compliant plating options.
Rectangular Connectors
Cannon MIL-DTL-83513 series Micro-D connectors and cable assemblies are ideally suited for applications requiring extremely small, lightweight and ruggedized solutions with higher density contact configurations. These M83513 Micro-D connectors are available in eight shell sizes that accommodate from 9 to 100 contacts. Designed to be both robust and space-saving, these MIL-DTL-83513 qualified interconnects meet ongoing industry demand for environmental, high-performance and moisture-sealed micros that perform reliably in the harshest environments. Cannon’s 83513 Micro-D connectors are ideally suited for missiles and ordnance, aerospace launch vehicles, oil and gas exploration and industrial automation applications.
The Cannon MDM PCB Micro-D connectors is designed to MIL-DTL-83513 specifications and engineered for use with flex circuitry, flat cable and printed circuit boards or multi-layer boards. This interconnect uses a standard Cannon MDM metal shell and provides high density and high reliability in board-to-board, board-to-cable and cable-to-cable applications. MDM-PCB Micros are available in 8 shell sizes with 9 to 100 contacts. Terminations may be straight (BS) or at 90° right angle (BR, CBR) board thickness. Jackpost mounting is available for use with locking hardware.
The MCP coaxial/power mixed signal microminiature connector is available in three options:
- MDM Coaxial – MDM metal shell connectors have been tooled in several coaxial layouts, offering the versatility of combining coaxial and signal lines in the same connector. Standard coax is RG178 white.
- MDM Power – The same insulator that is used with coaxial contacts is available with power contacts, offering the versatility of combining power and signal lines in the same connector.
- MDM Coaxial/Power – Power and coaxial contacts can be interchanged as desired.
D-Shape Connectors
D*MM/MIL-DTL-24308 Class G D-Sub connectors offer a standard density solution with fixed contacts in straight, solder cup and 90° PC contact terminations. They are available with a wide range of accessories and are ideal for harsh environment applications like commercial aircraft, aerospace launch vehicles, and military aviation.
D*A/ZD*A commercial D-Sub connectors are designed with straight, crimp, solder cup, and right angle PCB contacts. Available in both standard and high-density options, these high-performance, versatile connectors transmit data, power and signal in the harshest environments. They are ideal for industrial markets, particularly in telecom and medical applications like computer networks, commercial printers and durable medical equipment.
The D*/D*M PCB & Solder is a standard density D-Subminiature connector used for a wide variety of applications in the industrial and transportation end markets, as well as in Aerospace & Defense. Offered with a range of accessories, this reliable and versatile solution is highly engineered to perform in the harshest environments.
ITT Cannon’s Combo-D connectors are designed to optimize space while improving overall shielding. They offer the advantages of an industry standard shield I/O interconnect, with the flexibility of a customization for virtually any application. By combining multiple interconnect types into one fully shielded product, the Combo-D reduces the number of I/O interfaces and the possibility of EMI/RFI leakage. This highly engineered solution is ideal for the industrial, transportation, and Aerospace & Defense end markets.

D*H hermetic connectors are highly engineered sealed connectors meeting environmental conditions characterized by extreme pressure differentials. Part of the Cannon D-Subminiature series, these robust interconnects are designed to be comparable to MIL-DTL-24308.
The D*MA Hi-Rel D-Sub connector is engineered to perform in the harshest environments. Capable of transmitting data, power and signal in a variety of industrial end markets and applications, this solution is available in a variety of styles, contact options and accessories — including standard and high density.
Offering quick and easy press-in installation without specialized tooling, the D*NG Pressfit D-Sub is a straight, standard density connector that eliminates the need for soldering to backplanes and PCBs. This highly engineered solution is designed for a range of harsh environment applications in industrial and transportation end markets.
The D*U crimp D-Sub is a standard density crimp connector using stamped and machined contacts. This highly engineered interconnect features quick and easy press-in installation that eliminates the need for specialized tooling.
With an increased pin count from the standard 50 to 100, the Double Density D-Sub connector features twice the number of contacts in the same insert area. This is achieved by using field-proven, highly reliable Centipin™ / Centisocket™ contacts on .075 (1.91) centers in a positive contact alignment design. This high density D-Sub is ideally suited for a wide range of applications in Industrial end markets.
Rack and Panel Connectors
BKA C/D/E/F/X ARINC 600 Rack & Panel
Cannon’s BKA ARINC 600 rack and panel interconnect solutions represent the standard for new avionics systems developed to support the commercial and military air transportation markets. These highly engineered, blind mate interconnects are available in three and six gang configurations and accommodate up to 800 low insertion force contacts, including multi-signal quadrax contact systems. Featuring field-replaceable inserts, BKA connectors are available in both environmental and non-environmental versions. BKA ARINC 600 receptacles are available with size 22 stamped PCB contacts; this offering results in significant cost savings over traditional machined contacts.
DPA Rack & Panel
The DPA series consists of rugged, blind mate, miniature rack and panel connectors that utilize maximum insert space in a single gang shell. Polarization is accomplished with a keystone cornored shell. Offering an operating temperature of -55C to +125C (-67F to +257F), DPA connectors are available with float mount shells (DPAF). This option includes four rivets (.093 ID with a minimum of .032 float) with washers on the contact termination side of the connector. Other options include large flange shells (DPAL) and connectors with LITTLE CAESAR Contacts (DPAMA)
DPGM-DPJM-DPJMB Rack & Panel
DPGM, DPJM, and DPJMB connectors are designed for applications where space and weight are prime considerations.The connectors’ rectangular shape conserves space and permits easy removal of equipment for inspection and/or repair. DPGM and DPJM connectors feature crimp snap-in contacts with ring-type retention, while DPJMB connectors feature the LITTLE CAESAR rear-release contact retention assembly.
DPK 83733-Style Rack & Panel
The DPK series is a high-performance environment-resistant, rectangular connector engineered to be comparable with MIL-C-83733 (USAF). DPK connectors offer crimp snap-in contacts in the dependable LITTLE CAESAR rear release contact retention assembly. This field-proven assembly permits contacts to be inserted and extracted at the rear of the connector.
DPX ARINC 404 Rack & Panel
Cannon’s DPX connector comes in single, two, three and four gang versions and can accommodate up to 424 contacts. The DPX*MA connector features the LITTLE CAESAR contact assembly for rear insertion, release and extraction of crimp-type contacts. DPXA shells utilize their keystone-shaped for posts that are capable of providing up to 99 polarization positions. DPX ARINC 404 connectors can also utilize size 22 stamped contacts on F106 inserts.
