| 10/01/2024 | MMM-1045 - Due to the discontinuation of tin coated drain wire used in the target product's cable as a component, 3M will change the drain wire in the cable assembly products. The replacement cable going forward will be tin plated vs tin coated currently used in the impacted products. Please refer to the second appendix for specification. Please see Appendix A below for list of parts impacted. No last time buy offering for current products as it will phase out once current inventory is depleted. 3M Part numbering and skus will stay the same as there will be no change form/fit/or function to the cable assemblies.
