TE 250 FASTON PCB Tab Terminals
TE Connectivity's (TE) 250 FASTON PCB tab terminals were designed to meet the challenges of today's demanding markets, which are driving the need for improved quality and efficiency in the production of printed circuit boards for major home appliances. The ideal match for the 250 product include applications in HVAC, transportation, and industrial machinery controls that require the use of FASTON tabs. These terminals are tin-plated tabs with a nickel underlayer in 2- and 3-post options. The nickel underlayer prevents zinc (Zn) migration on the surface and can help reduce PC board soldering temperatures, which help ensure a good surface finish.
TE's PCB tabs come in either a multiple or single connection type. A wide choice of wire ranges are available including stud mount, printed circuit mount, wire crimp, testing, weld, and adapters for quick disconnect applications.
