Hirose ZE05 Series Wire-to-Board High Heat and Vibration Resistance Connector
Hirose's ZE05 Series is an automotive interface connector and features a miniature low profile, robust connector designed with a pitch of 2mm, which allows for maximum space saving on the board, reducing the mounting area needed.
ZE05 is available with right angle or straight receptacles to give design flexibility. Both receptacles feature surface mount contacts with metal fittings in DIP solder or surface mount to provide a strong retention force of the connector to the board, ensuring high reliability. The plugs use AWG20 – AWG22 size crimp contacts.
- Space-saving design (0.5 size terminal, 2mm pitch) contributes to size reduction of end product.
- High heat resistance: up to 125 degrees C
- High vibration resistance. Can be used in vehicle environments in which intense vibration is applied.
