JST Standard Cable Assemblies
JST Corporation's Guntersville Assembly Manufacturing (GAM) division of JST Corporation is a fully functional cable and harness assembly operation incorporating some of the latest technology, and some exclusive equipment designs, for cable assemblies utilizing JST manufactured connectors. Our facility is UL Certified (E203793) with automated capabilities to provide terminations for Crimp and Insulation Displacement Connector (IDC) applications.
Crimp Capabilities:
- 9 bench presses
- 2 Komax GAMMA 263 machines
- AP-1000 machine
- 4 wire/assembly twisters
- 1 Komax KAPPA 225 processing machine
- 4 electrical continuity testing stations
IDC Capabilities:
- 5 fully-automatic JST exclusive IDC termination machines with dies for processing
- 5 RAST 2.5 and RAST 5 fully and semi-automatic processing equipment
- 4 wire/assembly twisters
- 1 Komax KAPPA 225 wire processing machine
- 4 electrical continuity testing stations
