This will involve all active MPNs S55X-XXXX-XX and S55X-XXXX-XX-F. Manufacturing location approvals will occur throughout the remainder of 2023. The manufacturing site will be identified via the location (LL) portion of the date code YYWWLL. There will be no change to the form, fit or function of the finished product, as the same Bill of Materials will be used, regardless of the manufacturing location. | 09/21/2022 | PCN20220404001 - Added Second Source for silicone. Adding Bluestar GMX8152-06N and Mianyang Wells WR2577 as approved silicone encapsulant sources. Beyond a slight difference in color (see attached photos), there is no discernible difference between the silicones. This change will not affect “form, fit, or function”, nor does it affect any electrical parameters or dimensions.
