RJ Connectors

RJ connectors, or Registered Jack connectors, are standardized telecommunications connectors widely used for connecting telephone and data equipment. The most common types are RJ45 and RJ11. RJ45 connectors, with eight pins, are prevalent in Ethernet networking for transmitting data at high speeds. They follow the TIA/EIA-568-B wiring standard. RJ11 connectors, with four to six pins, are commonly used for telephone connections. Both RJ45 and RJ11 connectors utilize modular, keyed designs to ensure proper alignment during insertion. These connectors play a crucial role in establishing reliable and efficient connections for voice and data communication in various applications, from home networking to enterprise environments.
