A subsidiary of HEICO, Quell Corporation is a provider of top quality EMI/RFI filters and transient protection solutions for a wide variety of connectors. Quell products utilize EESeal® FilterSeal inserts, a patented silicone rubber electronics packaging technology. These inserts offer superior EMI shielding with no soldering required.

Quell EESeal® solutions provide:
- Quick and easy electronic circuitry – EESeal® FilterSeals are an easy retrofit solution compared to bulky adapters, filtered connectors and other traditional EMI filters. The filters and transient suppressors are made of resilient silicone rubber that is quick and easy to install, even in the field. Their patented construction allows them to survive under even the most extreme environmental conditions.
- Design flexibility – EESeal® offers a wide variety of SMD components, typically 0402 or 0603 devices, to meet customers’ exact application requirements. The filters allow individual treatment for every pin and allow components (capacitors, resistors, MOVs, TVSes and more) to be connected pin-to-pin, pin-to-shell, via shorts, opens, etc.
- Compliance – EESeal® routinely fixes EMI/RFI, EMP, lightning and ESD compliance problems in a variety of applications, including military, aerospace, medical, transportation and industrial. This solution meets a variety of EMC standards:
- EMI: MIL-STD-461 and DO-160 conducted susceptibility, conducted emissions, radiated emissions and radiated susceptibility: CE101, CE102, CS101, CS114, CS115, CS116, RE101, RE102, RE103, RS103, RS105
