| 06/30/2024 | PIR23-023 - Production transfer COO Change. ITT Cannon GmbH (“ITT”) is issuing this product change notification to inform you that we will be moving the production of our T2P (Trident Series), APK 16, and APK 25 (APD Series) stamped contacts (collectively, “Affected Products”) from our Weinstadt, Germany facility (“Weinstadt Facility”) to our Shenzhen, China facility (“Shenzhen Facility”). We plan on ending production of the Affected Products at our Weinstadt Facility by December 31, 2023. And we expect to have our Shenzhen Facility commence production of the Affected Products by Q2 of 2024. In the meantime, we will be building up a buffer stock of Affected Products manufactured at our Weinstadt Facility so that we can ensure continued shipments during this transition. This facility transfer will change the country of origin (“COO”) for the Affected Products from Germany to China but the form, fit or function of the Affected Products will not change. As with any manufacturing location change, we will complete internal quality assurance evaluations. This includes but not limited to testing and inspection. |
