3M Wire-to-Board Interconnect System

This new line of small but robust .050" (1.27 mm) pitch ribbon cable to PCB interconnects consists of an IDC-style cable mount socket (451 Series) and a shrouded PCB header (452 Series), available in multiple configurations with a flexible array of options.

Multiple plating styles are available to suit varying environmental and mating-cycle demands. Available friction latches offer increased protection against accidental disconnect when using a box header and optional strain reliefs provide additional termination protection from users tugging on the cable.
