JAE AX03 Series Floating Board-to-Board Connector
The JAE AX03 series offers a space saving low-profile solution through horizontal connection. This connector has a floating structure similar to the AX01 series. The floating structure of +/- 0.5mm in X & Y directions will absorb PCB positional shifts/misalignments during mounting and assembly. The use of floating board-to-board connectors are growing to support robotic assembly while ensuring vibration resistance and contact reliability.
- 0.635mm pitch, horizontal connection (no mating compatibility between AX03 Series and AX01 Series)
- Floating tolerance: +/- 0.5mm in both X & Y directions
- Length of mating guides: +/- 0.6mm in both X & Y directions
- Low insertion and removal forces achieved by roll surface contact structure
- Supports automatic mounting
- Allows for multiple connectors to be used on a single board
