HARTING ix Industrial Type A and B Flat Horizontal PCB Receptacles
Standardized according to IEC 61076-3-124, this newly developed Ethernet interface sets a new standard in terms of robustness. As a result, the HARTING ix Industrial has the potential to replace the RJ45 in use today since it represents a robust, miniaturized Ethernet interface. ix Industrial product line is available in Type A (Ethernet) and Type B (signal) variants.
- 75% smaller vs standard RJ45 PCB jack allows for having more ports using the same device footprint; reduces PCB size
- Robust connection between jack and the PCB with 5 THR pins; can be used in high shock and vibration environments
- Snap-in with positive locking system mechanism provides high shock and vibration resistance guaranteeing reliable connection
- Number of contacts: 8+ (2x gnd)- Type A. 10- Type B
- Fully shielded (360 degree contact shielding)
- Voltage and current rating: 50V at 1.5A
- Compatible with PoE, PoE+, and 4PPoE
- Operating temp: -40 to 85 degrees C
- 5,000 mating cycles with IP 20 protection rating
