3M Conductive Products
3M's Conductive products include the Thermally Conductive Silicone Interface Pad (TCSIP) 5519, the Thermally Conductive Epoxy Adhesive TC-2810, and the Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5550H. Also included are the EMI Shielding Absorber AB6000HF Series (Halogen Free) and Thermally Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tapes (8805, 8810, 8815, and 8820).

- Very high thermal conductivity and good electrical insulation properties
- Compression relaxation properties help reduce pressure to electric components
- Slight tack allows pre-assembly
Thermally Conductive Epoxy Adhesive TC-2810
- High adhesive strength
- Good thermal conductivity (0.8-1.4 W/m-K)
- Low Chloride (Cl) ion content and outgassing
Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5550H
- Easy handling & very soft
- No siloxane gas / oil bleeding, which can cause electric connection failure
- UL94 V-0 certified (File No(.), E176845)
