Laird Performance Materials High Current Low DCR Power Inductor
Laird MHE series high current power inductors improve performance, reliability, and power efficiency in DC-DC converters and power supply units/circuits. A lower power loss benefits consumer electronics, Industrial, and Telecom product design. The MHE series inductors feature extremely low DCR with high efficiency and enable a larger current in a small, surface-mount package. The Laird high current low DCR power inductors offer magnetic shielding and a molded construction with operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C for the MHE0503 and -40°C to 150°C for the MHE0603 components (including self-heating temperature rise).
- High saturation current realized by optimum coil design and high performance power
- Low profile and very compact in size
- Very low DCR
- Inductance tested at 1MHz, 1.0V
- Heat Rated Current (Irms) is defined based on temperature rise approximate 40°C without core loss (ambient temperature 25 +/- °C)
- Saturation Current (Isat) is the DC current at which the inductance drops off approximately 30% from its value without current (ambient temperature 25 +/- °C)
- Operating temp range: -40°C to 150°C (including self-heating temperature rise)
- Storage temperature range (packaging conditions): -10 ~ 40°C and RH 60% (MAX)
- Industrial (non-Robotics)
- Power Generation, Fuel & Energy
- Computer / Datacom / Telecommunications
- Consumer Electronics
- Industrial DC to DC power lines
- Telecom and Datacom DC to DC power lines
- DC to DC converter with low power loss, low voltage and high output current such as CPU, VRM etc...
