JAE ST12 & ST50 microSD Card Connectors
JAE microSD cards are widely used as an external storage medium for compact devices such a smartphones, cameras, tablets and notebook PCs.
Recently high-speed reading and writing requirements are increasing to allow the transfer of large image and video files, and also to install and run applications on smartphones.
ST12 Series
- Push-push type microSD card connector
- 1.4mm height, 13.7mm width, and 15.3mm depth (depth including card: 16.7mm)
- Good operability with 0.7mm push stroke, 3.8mm card eject length
- Card insertion detection structure (D-SW), normally open type
- Balanced EMI countermeasure with seven hold-down points
- Structure to prevent the card from popping out
- Outer-lead type for easy checking and reworking
- Lead-free, halogen-free compliant
ST50 Series
- Compact slim design, 16.3mm depth, 13.7mm width, 1.35mm height
- Compatible with microSD card Ultra High Speed data transfer standard UHS-II. (Backwards compatible with UHS-I microSD card and other existing microSD cards)
- Push-push type card eject method
- Includes card detection switch (normally-closed types)
- Maintaining good operability with the long card eject length (3.0mm min)
- 8-point hold downs for heat-emission
