The Alpha Wire portfolio requires regular review to ensure our products continue to offer the most updated features and benefits, in addition to the highest quality. This letter serves as your formal notification that due to previously communicated1 materials issues, we have removed the Mil-Spec from a portion of the IRR-PVC (Irradiated PVC) offering in the Alpha Essentials Communication & Controls and Hook Up Wire IRR-PVC (Irradiated PVC) offerings. Please note, there is no change to the fit, form or function of these items. The only change is the removal of the Mil-Spec. If you have open orders for items that require the Mil-Spec, listed in the items below, please note you have two weeks from this notice to contact Alpha Wire Customer Service to cancel your order. The last date to cancel any orders will be September 20, 2024. As you know, our commitment to quality and adherence to qualified and promoted ratings is of the utmost importance. We have encountered unforeseen issues that have impacted the ability to qualify a raw material, which in this case is PVC that then goes through an irradiation process. Please be assured that our team is working diligently to resolve this situation as quickly as possible. We are in active discussions with the supplier and exploring all available options to minimize any disruptions. Our priority remains ensuring that you continue to receive the premium products you expect from us. We understand the importance of these products to your operations, and we are committed to keeping you informed as we work towards a solution.
