P-23-025379 - MOQ & DU Change. To inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. As of February 20, 2024 we will increase the delivery unit & the minimum order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. No PPAP will be submitted for this PCN. It is kindly requested to adjust order quantities before the activation on February 20, 2024 to avoid blocked orders in case adjustments have not taken place in time.

TE Connectivity Automotive Business Unit is in the fourth phase of a process Consolidation Project in the Empalme Campus, the objective is to consolidate Plant 1 (Molding & Mechatronics) and Plant 4 (Assembly) into a single building, in the same industrial park. The fourth phase involves migration of TE4 Connector Assembly processes to TE2 One Roof Building, As part of our ongoing activities to provide our customers the highest quality products, this will drive to a Vertical Integration, Safety Systems improvements, Warehouse optimization, and excellent customer experience. The building is being prepare to start moving in September 2018 through December 2018. |
