PCN-22-140274 - Tool ID Mark Being added. The Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is making a change to include a Tool ID mark for the part numbers listed below. These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. PPAP requests (no samples) must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request. If PPAP requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved. Product drawing are affected.

PCN-21-106049 - Manufacturing change. adding duplicate capacity tooling at an approved outside vendor located in York, PA, for the listed part numbers while continuing to produce these parts at the current Greensboro, NC, TE Connectivity manufacturing location. These PN's are TEC proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. TEC reserves the right to move tool back to prior location/supplier based on business need. An internal release based on our specifications will be executed before any parts will be delivered, which guarantees product performance. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request. If PPAP requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved.

E-21-002451 - Manufacturing location change. The Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit is relocating a duplicate assembly machine to a TE Connectivity approved outside vendor. The equipment being relocated is one of three identical machines used to apply sleeves to create completed socket assemblies. Two machines will remain at the 719 Pegg Road, Greensboro, NC, TE Connectivity location which will allow production of the subject parts in both locations simultaneously.

P-20-018730 - Product Improvement. Transfer of stamping dies from Burgess Rd. to further improve our Supply Chain towards our customers. The transfer follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products. The receiving manufacturing location operates under a certified quality management system in accordance with standard automotive requirements. |
