| 01/03/2022 | PCN-21-119260 - NEC Update. As per the recent update by National Electric Code (NEC) Article 410.69, the color coding will change to a new standard, using a pink wire instead of the gray wire. TE will provide gray wires with the pink label for marking purposes under the reidentification guidelines of NEC 410.69. As TE depletes gray wire inventory, a permanent switch to pink conductors will be completed. The transition period will be from December 2021 to June 2022. As TE continues to work on reduction of waste, the clear shipping caps and note 9 of customer drawing will be eliminated at the same time.
