| 04/12/2022 | BQT-20220413 - Change Raw Material. Reference is made to our December 17, 2021 declaration of force majeure in connection with shortages affecting certain raw material used in the manufacture of certain of our products, including BERGQUIST® SILPAD TSP Q2500. We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully qualified a replacement for the affected aluminum foil substrate used in BERGQUIST SIL PAD TSP Q2500. Although Henkel is no longer able to procure the impacted raw material, the supplier is able to offer a replacement raw which is a commodity grade aluminum foil, stable in supply according to the supplier. This replacement raw material is qualified for use in the manufacture of the Product. To ensure finished good specifications were properly preserved, Henkel maintained strict adherence to its Quality System requirements during this qualification process. Based on Henkel internal testing we do not anticipate this raw material change to present any relevant impact to form, fit, or function of the Product. |

The ability of Henkel Corporation to procure a certain raw material has been limited due to notification from Henkel’s provider of the raw material that the provider’s sole global supplier will no longer be manufacturing this raw material. As a result of these circumstances, Henkel is hereby declaring Force Majeure in connection with the following products: BERGQUIST® SILPAD TSP Q2000 BERGQUIST® SILPAD TSP Q2500 BERGQUIST® HIFLOW THF 900 BERGQUIST® HIFLOW THF 1000F-AC We are in the process of reviewing our ability to fill existing orders and will need additional time to confirm recent orders. We are currently unable to predict the duration of this Force Majeure event We are in close contact with our suppliers and using all commercially reasonable means to leverage our global supply chain to address this situation and support our customers.
