H4 PV Plus™ Connector: Efficient Solar Power Connectivity
The Amphe-PV H4 Plus™ by Amphenol Industrial Sustainable Technologies (AIST) is a durable DC connector dual-certified with UL 6703 1500V & IEC 62852 1500V (Class A) specifications. Building on the legacy of AIST’s H4 connector, it retains the same durability, Amphenol-compatible mating, and low-resistance RADSOK® contact technology. It supports wire gauges from 14AWG/2.5mm² to 8AWG/10mm² and has an IP68 rating. Enhancements include a ratcheting gland back nut, improved sealing grommet, and optimized contact design. RadCrimp™ Solar Splice Connector with Melni Termination Technology
Amphenol Industrial Sustainable Technologies, a global leader in interconnect systems, has partnered with Melni Technologies a global leader in electrical device design and manufacturing, to offer a “crimpless” butt splice solar connector that utilizes Melni’s patented dual spiral technology to make secure, long-lasting connections. The RadCrimp™ solar splice connector was developed to significantly improve crimp reliability in the field while helping to reduce the amount of crimp related failures that are directly related to improper crimping, as well as incorrect mating issues between connector mismatched manufacturers.

Amphenol Industrial’s Surlok Plus connectors are high-amperage connectors designed for power distribution and energy storage applications. The SurLok Plus™ compression lug is a field installable, high reliable alternative to common compression lugs. Using industry standard crimp, screw, and busbar termination options, thus eliminating the need to purchase special torque tools.
Amphenol’s SurLok Plus™ is an environmentally sealed version of our the SurLok but available in smaller sizes, and features a quick lock and press-to-release design. Incorporating the latest R4 RADSOK® Technology, SurLok Plus™ is a compact, quick mating, and robust product line.
The RADSOK® high amperage contact technology utilizes high tensile strength properties of a stamped and formed, high conductivity alloy grid to produce low insertion forces while maintaining a large conductive surface area.
The connector features R4 RADSOK® contact technology with various termination options (threaded, crimp, and busbar). SurLok Plus is IP67 rated, RoHS compliant, has a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +125°C) and meets UL94 V-0 (self-extinguishing) requirements.
