Please try to inform your customer of this move for possible needed PPAP’s
If there is a future PPAP requirement from any of the commercial customers, we will support on this request.

MB-397 - Mold Transfer. JAE will transfer the molds of several IL-AG5 Series connectors from a plant in the US to one in Mexico. Production at the new location will begin February 4, 2022. The connector will meet all of the same dimensions and specifications as before. There will be no changes to connector form, fit, or function.

MB-290 - Additional Mold Tool. Manufacturing of the connector part numbers IL-AG5-5S-S3C1 and IL-AG5-5SK-S3C1-LB will have additional mold tool to be used for additional capacity and back-up if needed. Existing tooling will continue to manufacture these connectors in parallel, so there will be no interruption in the supply of parts. |
