OMRON G3VM-WR P-SON MOS FET Relays
OMRON is pleased to announce the release of a new high current type MOS FET Relay series, the G3VM-WR. This new power-small outline non-leaded (P-SON) package series is an expansion of Omron's optically isolated solid state relays, including 3 new models: G3VM-31WR(TR05), G3VM-61WR(TR05), & G3VM-101WR(TR05).
The P-SON package has a terminal shape that improves the stability of solder as well as offers a better solder visibility. The output terminal pad has been expanded to allow higher current within the small package.
