Hirose FH65 Series Connectors

Hirose's FH65 Series is a compact flexible printed (FPC)/flat flexible connector (FFC) with a space-saving, low-profile design. The FH65 Series features a pitch of only 0.50mm, a height of 1.20mm and a depth of only 3.57mm, which reduces the occupied mounting area by 47% with a weight reduction of 62% compared to comparable products.

The FH65 Series has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is designed for automobile and other high-temperature applications. These FPC/FFC connectors have a robust lock with a clear tactile click that confirms that actuator locking. The actuator is positioned so that solder tabs and terminals firmly retain the actuator, which is perfect for high-vibration applications.

The space-saving FH65 Series has l-shaped solder tabs that not only allow visual inspection, but also offer a high-retention form of 23N. With a wide 120 degree FPC/FFC opening and guided positioning, the FH65 Series is user-friendly.
