3M 100G QSFP28 Direct Attach Copper Cable Assemblies
The new 3M 100G QSFP28 Direct Attach Copper Cable Assemblies, 9Q Series are passive copper cable assemblies which utilize 3M Twin Axial Cable technology to create a highly-flexible, foldable, high-performance solution with bandwidths up to 100 Gbps to connect servers, switches, storage and other high-speed equipment.
- Made with highly flexible, high performance 3M Twin Axial Cable technology
- Delivers aggregate data bandwidth up to 100 Gbps (4x 25 Gbps) with passive copper assemblies
- Up to 2 meters with 30 AWG
- 2 to 4 meters with 26 AWG
- Designed / Reference to the following industry standard protocols: SFF-8665, SFF 8661, SFF 8662, IEEE 802.3bj, and 100G Ethernet applications
- Foldable and bendable with minimal performance impact
- Flat, foldable, thin cable helps to:
- Efficiently route cable with tight bends and fold
- Optimize cooling airflow by minimizing cable obstructions
- Improve serviceability with lightweight, flexible cables
- Requires less space in front of port allowing rack doors to close
- Custom EEPROM mapping available
- RoHS 2011/65/EU compliant
