| 02/20/2024 | P-23-025379 - MOQ & DU Change. To inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. As of February 20, 2024 we will increase the delivery unit & the minimum order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. No PPAP will be submitted for this PCN. It is kindly requested to adjust order quantities before the activation on February 20, 2024 to avoid blocked orders in case adjustments have not taken place in time.

| 07/10/2023 | P-23-024630 - MOQ Change. TE is changing its system as it relates to minimum order quantities for the part numbers listed to address trends that have been recently observed. We have identified situations where quantities can be ordered at quantities below what our standard packaging requirements allow. The situation also results in non-standard handling (break-pack) and creates risks for damage during transit to our customers. To ensure the quality level as well as the supply also in future we would like to inform you with this PCN about a production area extension with layout optimization at our TE Molding Supplier Alhorn. This change will have based on an internal risk-analysis no significant impact on the processes for parts on component level as well as for finished goods. As the extended area will be equivalent to the existing production area at the same manufacturing location as of today, the process validation- , capability analysis and release will be done TE internal.
