Updated Item 2, Crimper Spacer, P/N 45888-7, item 5, shear depressor, P/N 2119781-2 and item 19, stripper, P/N 2119533-3. This change is an improvement over the current design resulting in the optimization of the shear timing. Removed item 7, spacer, P/N 3-240641-4, updated Item 34, Terminal support, P/N 1752356-1, item 53, screws, P/N 2-2168083-5 and added item 294, terminal holder, P/N 3-1463053-5. This change is an improvement over the current design resulting in the optimization terminal bend and terminal twisting. These changes will be implemented on future applicator orders but is not required for the functionality of existing applicators in the field.

E-18-008658 - Product Improvement. OCEAN applicator 2151205 has been upgraded to OCEAN 2.0, to include: enhanced terminal strip guide assembly and wire crimp height ram assembly. No change to previous applicator revisions are required. Where listed on the applicator logs-sheet, all terminals have been qualified using the stated crimp specification. In addition, 2266053 is being obsoleted and new versions are being added to 2151205. |
