P-24-025680 - Tool Replacement. inform about assembly tool replacement for subcomponent "CONTACT MODUL,ASSY 30 and 40POSN.,MQS +1.5mm CB CONT" used to manufacture below listed PNs according to VDA Trigger No 17. Tool build and serial production at TE Esztergom there is no location change. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. Internal release process is ensured by TE, including product validation as per OEM/CAM requirements. Validation will be initiated and completed according to project plan, as soon as samples are available. This is an informational PCN and no formal PPAP will be submitted. Please provide your statement to this PCN within 2 weeks after receiving of it.

P-21-020660 - Raw material supplier change. Due to Force Majeure of resin suppliers, TE Connectivity has to switch at selected components to similar material with the same characteristics as the previous material (e.g. PBT-GF15). The change to alternative material is not limited in time and depends on the market conditions and also the switch back to previous material will happen depended market conditions. The traceability of the parts is given by the date clock at single housings, the material marking will stay the same (e.g. PBT-GF15), due to urgency. Due to time constraints, TE Connectivity does not perform full testing. The material is of the same characteristics and to the best of TE s knowledge no negative impact on product performance is foreseeable. TE does not assume liability for any damages or claims related to the change of material. |
