TE enetSEAL+ Ethernet Connectors

TE Connectivity’s (TE) enetSEAL+ connectors support single pair 100 Mbps Ethernet with up to four in-line connections in a rugged interface to provide high speed data for applications like cameras, sensors, and displays within heavy-duty commercial and industrial vehicles. These connectors are compliant with IEEE 802.3bw 100BASE-T1 and BroadR-Reach communication protocols and utilize 20-22 AWG (0.50-0.35 mm 2) Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) jacketed cable for a small, lightweight design.

enetSEAL+ connectors provide dependable performance in harsh environments with the use of industry proven MCON 1.2 clean body (CB) terminals for high vibration applications and long-term reliability. A built-in secondary locking feature provides added contact retention security, and the portfolio meets IP6K9K sealing performance (with backshell).

By using the MCON 1.2 CB terminal system and existing tooling, enetSEAL+ connectors are easy to assemble. Should harness repair be required in the field, terminals can be removed from the housing and connection can be repaired with simple hand tools, reducing service complexity and cost.
