TE Connectivity 250 Series Positive Lock Mark II
TE now offers flag versions of the 250 series Positive Lock Mark II receptacles for high temperature applications. These quick disconnect receptacles are intended for applications where there is not enough space for a straight receptacle and where operating temperatures exceed the 105-110C rating of standard temperature receptacles
- Integral lever locks receptacles onto tabs
- Low insertion force for improved ergonomics
- High temperature Positive Lock terminals operate in temperatures up to 250°C and the high temperature housings operate in 240°C
- High temperature housings meet Glow Wire test and UL 94 V-0
- Helps improve system safety and ease of assembly with low insertion and extraction forces
- Deliver reliable electrical performance with enhanced contact surface design
- Confirm fully mated connections with audible confirmation of tab insertion
- Terminate with TE application tooling for uniform high quality crimps
- Improve strain relief with insulation support
