PCN-23-196153 - Aligning Product Drawing Revision. In an effort to maintain same revision level of parts across entire documentation and to avoid conflicts between revision in shipping labels to drawings, we are aligning Product drawing revision & Central Part Registry revision level. Also we use this opportunity to fix rounding and conversion errors (from inch to mm / mm to inch) to avoid mismatch between Product drawing and shipping labels. This change is for administrative purpose only and there is no change in Form, Fit and Functions of the product. This change will be processed with PPAP level 1 / First Article Inspection (FAI). If you need PPAP document, then apply for e-PPAP. Existing inventory to be consumed in First In First Out (FIFO) basis. (There is a cooling period of 180 days upto which part with old labels can be shipped) We thank you for your business and look forward to servicing you through our standard part offerings in the future.

P-19-016790 - Product Improvement. This PCN is to inform customers of additional labeling on some Tubing products. The requirements of the Proposition 65 (Prop 65) a Californian Safe water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 now requires that we warn customers that some of our tubing products contain Antimony in the material make up. |

P-18-015776 - Document clarification. The timings will be planned to align with the regular Book price change notifications which will include the changes to UOM Metres. PCNs will be issued for each notification event. Please be informed that TE Connectivity has not taken this decision lightly and we do understand that it will cause some disruption to customers currently purchasing in UOM Feet but we do feel this is the best solution for the business and our customers overall as it will minimize shipping and labelling errors. Product labels will continue to have both the Metres and Feet quantity on the label. Packaging updates will be included in future PCNs. For these RNF-100 trial parts the packaging is as declared in the RNF-100 PCN (P-16-013920) already issued. We will implement the change for these parts on July For our Channel partners, we will follow up soon with some additional specific details. |

P-16-013920 - Manufacturing location change. Following Part Numbers will be transferred from Menlo Park to Shanghai. Reference previous notification P-16-013872 21st November 2016. In addendum to the prior notification P-16-013872 dated 21st November 2016 informing of RNF-100 products moving to Trutnov. This Product Notification is to inform our customers that TE Connectivity (TE) will also be moving the manufacturing of some RNF-100 products to the Shanghai tubing facility in China as well as to Trutnov. The Shanghai facility is an already established Heat Shrinkable Tubing ( Tubing or Products ) manufacturing site. - since 1996. |
