03/26/2021 P-21-020660 - Raw material supplier change. Due to Force Majeure of resin suppliers, TE Connectivity has to switch at selected components to similar material with the same characteristics as the previous material (e.g. PBT-GF15). The change to alternative material is not limited in time and depends on the market conditions and also the switch back to previous material will happen depended market conditions. The traceability of the parts is given by the date clock at single housings, the material marking will stay the same (e.g. PBT-GF15), due to urgency. Due to time constraints, TE Connectivity does not perform full testing. The material is of the same characteristics and to the best of TE s knowledge no negative impact on product performance is foreseeable. TE does not assume liability for any damages or claims related to the change of material. Download
