08/23/2023 | PCN-23-176499 - Location Change. TE Connectivity is adding new capacity tooling for Superseal Connector Receptacle Contact Assembly at our existing factory in Suzhou, Jiangsu (China). The material of socket body made in Suzhou is changed from beryllium copper to Cu-Ni-Si alloy which has very similar performance. The tin plating in crimp area of socket body made in Suzhou is changed from bright tin to matte tin. And a dot is added on sleeve for traceability. These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered as catalog/general market product. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request.
