PCN-22-128545- Packaging Change. This PCN is to inform customers of changes to the packaging of the boxes used for the Heat Shrink Tubing products supplied in the Stick format (-STK, 1.2metre/4ft lengths). The new packaging is to improve the robustness of the packaging during transportation and storage. It moves away form the square cross section boxes to a more rectangular cross section. This gives greater stability when boxes are stacked and improves the strength of the boxes |

The boxes are moving from a square profile to a rectangular one with different cardboard and latching method. We will be transitioning boxes as existing packaging is consumed so not all product will change at the same time.

The requirements of the Proposition 65 (Prop 65) a Californian Safe water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 now requires that we warn customers that some of our tubing products contain Antimony in the material make up.

This notification is to inform our customers that TE Connectivity is closing our Menlo Park facility in USA and moving the production to our Trutnov facilities in Czech Republic and our Shanghai facility in China. The receiving facility in Shanghai is already an established Heat Shrinkable Tubing ("Tubing" or "Products") manufacturing site manufacturing Tubing since 1996, and the receiving facility in Trutnov is already an established as a Heat Shrinkable Tubing ("Tubing" or "Products") manufacturing site with Trutnov facility manufacturing Tubing since 2008. |
