Molex Mini-Lock Wire-to-Board Connector System
The Molex 2.50mm pitch Mini-Lock Wire-to-Board system is a longtime best-selling connector system, ideal for a wide range of applications.
If an assembler fails to engage the terminal in the housing, it could lead to bad contact and may cause end-product failure. Mini-Lock TPA and Crimp Terminals ensure that terminals are fully locked in the right position.
Home appliance, automotive and consumer applications can be subject to water ingress, shock or vibration issues and require potting for their PCBs. Mini-Lock Headers feature potting heights from 2.00mm to 6.00mm to cover the PC board.
Glow Wire capable solution required to meet EU regulations (IEC60335-1) for home appliance market. Mini-Lock Connectors provide a Glow Wire capable option that is validated by VDE Testing and Certification Institute.
In wire-to-board industrial applications, sometimes operators fail to ensure that connectors are fully mated. This can lead to end-product failure. Mini-Lock has a keying feature that ensures right mating orientation, and the positive lock provides an audible click for contact assurance.
