This male pin contact, part of the AMP Type III+ series, is designed for signal circuit applications. With a termination method of crimping, it ensures secure connections with regular wires ranging from 16-18 AWG (.75-1.5 mm²). The brass construction, plated with tin in the contact mating area, guarantees reliable conductivity. Packaged in a bag of 200, this industrial-grade contact is RoHS compliant and suitable for use with wire and cable connectors. Its versatile design, with a test current of 13 A and acceptance of wire insulation diameters ranging from .079-.098 in (2-2.5 mm), makes it a essential component in various electronic applications.
