Amphenol RF AMMC Series and AMC Series Jumper Expansion
Amphenol RF introduces the new Micro Miniature Coaxial (AMMC) connectors series while expanding the existing (AMC) Jumper Cable Series. As portable devices shrink in size and demand for those devices grow, so does the demand for small form factor interconnects.
AMMC products are fully compatible with the Hirose W.FL and IPEX MHF III series. The AMC products are equivalent to Hirose's U.FL, and IPEX series.
The AMMC Series space-saving design makes them an optimal solution for portable and mobile devices. Optional "custom" AMMC solutions are available upon request and are capable of design registration if new part numbers are assigned.
The AMC connector series is similar to the AMMC series and features a low profile (2.5 mm off the board, mated) with an extremely small footprint.
